Photo-Me operates thousands of photo booths across the UK. Its UK site says its passport service can provide printed passport photos and a digital link/code for online passport renewals.
What do Photo-Me booths provide?
Photo-Me says its Digital UK Passport option prints four passport photos with a unique digital photo code. You can enter that code when the online passport application asks for your digital photograph.
Find a Photo-Me booth or read Photo-Me’s current digital-code instructions.
Photo booth or at-home route?
GOV.UK allows an online applicant either to use a photo code from a participating booth/shop or to take a digital photograph using their own device during the application. If you take the photo yourself, it must meet the current digital-photo rules and must not be altered.
See our UK passport photo requirements, photo code guide and preliminary checker.
At-home option from Passport Photo Code UK
Our current online options start from £6.99. Check whether you need a digital image or a product that includes a photo code before ordering.
Photo-Me service details checked 10 October 2026. Booth availability and products can change. Passport Photo Code UK is an independent service and is not affiliated with Photo-Me or ME Group. HM Passport Office makes the final acceptance decision.
